Q: I want to have a custom pedal built.
How much do I have to pay up front?

A: I require a 50% Non-Refundable deposit
on any custom pedals and some made to
to order pedals. Just ask me if in doubt.

Q: How long does a pedal take from
the order to the shipping?

A: It varies obviously, but most are shipped within
1-2 weeks.Some pedals ship immediatly, while others
are custom made to order and require me to place
orders and get in shipments. I am a small outfit
and I don't have the overhead to overstock.

Q: Why should I buy a pedal from you when I
can buy one from Insert big name here?
A: Sometimes the big named pedal will be a better
choice for you. I'll be honest with you either way.
My goal is to make something you can't buy at the
big box store, or if you can, I try to make
mine more affordable.

Q: Are you Dimebag Darrels guitar tech Grady Champion?
A: Nope. I was inspired by what Grady did for
Dimebag Darrell, enabling Dimebag to worry about
playing the music rather than deal with the
technical end. I didn't have a "Grady" of my
own, so I created him!! Later down the road,
I was able to show Grady what I was doing with
the pedals I named after him, gaining his blessing
to proceed forward. Grady is the True Champion!!
